Return Policy

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item shipped by KendyUSA for a full credit or refund under any of the following circumstances:

• Item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories
• Item was received damaged or defective
• Incorrect item was shipped

We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

If you have any questions regarding your return please send e-mail to office@kendyusa.com. In your e-mail, include your order number and the reason you want to return each item (choose one of the following):

• E - Ordered the wrong item
• M - Received an item that was not ordered
• Q - Item was damaged, defective, or missing parts
• T - Item did not arrive in time
• O - Other (please describe)

A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item(s).
